Bcoz Eat matter’s integrated portal accepts online payments from Parents, students and schools in a seamless way which is hassle free . There are no payments required to be paid for accepting amount through these transactions. On the day of the Event a Bcoz Eat Matters Customer Service Agent will contact you and make the payment arrangements accordingly.

Registering an account with Bcoz Eat Matters is absolutely FREE. Bcoz Eat Matters doesn’t charge anything as annual membership or set up charges. There is an 8% processing fee chargeable only when you receive an order. It is absolutely under your control to quote your preferred prices.

Your restaurant account can be created straightaway through the portal under the Restaurant Menu in the header followed by Signup. To create the account, all you need is a unique email id & phone Number along with some basic details about your restaurant.

While creating the account you have the option to select the vicinity and the distance willing to Deliver (5 - 50 Km Radius). Once the account has been created successfully you will get a user friendly dashboard, from where you can add/edit the product menus, set the price and get all the reports there. You can set up your own menu with corresponding prices. You are able to select some of the most popular options from the menu by clicking the drop down list available on the “Manage Menu” tab if your restaurant is already registered with Bcoz Eat Matters.

If the Preloaded options are unavailable or you prefer adding up more options, you can do it manually by simply entering the product/item names along with their prices. Before creating the event the host will ask the restaurant for the consent of delivery, once the restaurant will confirm the host will create the event and order form. You will be getting details in the following format:

  • 1) Order Summary
  • 2) Shipping Labels
  • 3) Order List
  • 4) Income Statement of the event

We entertain orders only till 5 days prior to the event. After the deadline, Our tech team will analyze the orders for discrepancies and mail it to you after the stipulated deadline. We request you, not to print the order lists until you receive the order to avoid execution errors. You will receive the summarized order 4 days prior to the event date. You can though use the "View order summary" to arrange and plan regarding the inventories and staff required for preparing the order.

Yes, You will get a detailed reports on the dashboard under the report section. You will get the following types of reports.

  • 1) School wise reports
  • 2) Product wise reports
  • 3) Event wise reports
  • 4) Income statement report
