Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) For every order there is 5 days cut off/deadline. After this cut off/deadline has expired no changes can be made to any orders. No editing, correcting, cancelling or refunding of orders can be done.

For example:

An order on Friday, the cut off/deadline to enter correct or cancel an order would be Sunday at Midnight.

2) No order change or cancellations will be entertained once the order is closed. Only in case of entire lunch service being cancelled by the school, cancellations and refunds may be considered.

4) Please note that the 2.99% processing fee is non refundable without any exceptions.
